What Information Do We Collect?
We collect information in three main ways:
1. Active Information You Provide
  - Personal Identification Details: Such as your full name, address, company name, phone number, and email address
  - Employment History & Education: Data from resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or application forms, including past job titles, dates of employment, educational background, relevant certifications, skills, and other information you choose to share for hiring purposes.
  - Voluntary Information: Additional data disclosed through emails, regular mail, telephone conversations, or other communications related to our recruitment services.
2. Voluntary Information Provided by Subscribers
  - Our subscribers (e.g., employers, employees, job applicants, or candidates) may provide details on the Platform for legitimate business purposes. This may include resumes, professional credentials, job history, and — in limited cases — information such as criminal records or other documents relevant to recruitment or employment purposes.
  - We do not require or enforce users to provide sensitive personal data — such as health information, religious beliefs, or biometric identifiers. However, if users choose to disclose such data (e.g., by uploading a document), they do so voluntarily and at their discretion.
  - In such cases, we process the information only when necessary for the stated purpose and in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including the PDPL. We also apply appropriate safeguards to protect this information.
3. Passive Information Collected Automatically
  - We use standard technologies such as cookies, web beacons, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and similar tools to collect information automatically. This can include:
    - IP address and browser/operating system types.
    - Referring and exit pages (URLs).
    - Dates and times of site visits.
    - Pages viewed and on-site navigation patterns.

    - Search terms used to access our Sites.
These categories—Active Information, Voluntary Information, and Passive Information—are collectively referred to as “Subscriber Information.”

  - Send email alerts about job opportunities or candidate applications based on your preferences.

  - Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or other governmental requests.
  - Prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other potentially illegal activities.

  - We may compile anonymized or aggregated data (that does not identify individuals) for reporting, analytics, or marketing. This aggregated data does not identify individuals and may be shared with third parties as needed.
If we intend to use your personal information for new, unrelated purposes, we will notify you and request your consent when required by law.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data under the following circumstances:
1. Service Providers

3. Corporate Affiliates & Transactions
  - In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, restructuring or financing transaction, user information (including personal data) may be transferred to a successor or affiliated entity. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any receiving party honors this Privacy Policy
4. Legal Compliance & Safety
  - We may disclose user information when required to comply with legal obligations or in good faith to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of users or the public. This includes responding to valid law enforcement requests, preventing fraud, or meeting national security requirements.

KABi JOBBIT implements reasonable, industry-standard measures to safeguard the personal data collected through our Platform. Other Websites The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by KABi JOBBIT. Age Restrictions
Our Platform is primarily designed for users aged 18 and above. While the Platform is not harmful or inappropriate for minors, it is not intended for children under 18, and we do not actively target or market our services to them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate consent. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided personal information, and such collection occurred outside the scope of our intended audience, we may take reasonable steps to confirm proper consent or continue processing the data in line with applicable legal requirements.
