This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference our Terms of Use, which applies alongside this statement.       • Employment History & Education:Data from resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or application forms, including past job titles, dates of employment, educational background, relevant certifications, skills, and other information you choose to share for hiring purposes.
      • Voluntary Information:Additional data disclosed through emails, regular mail, telephone conversations, or other communications related to our recruitment services
    2. Voluntary Information Provided by Subscribers
      • Our subscribers (e.g., employers, employees, job applicants, or candidates) may provide details on the Sites for legitimate business purposes. This can include criminal records, professional credentials, and other data required during the hiring process.
    3. Passive Information Collected Automatically
      • We use standard technologies such as cookies, web beacons, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, and similar tools to collect information automatically. This can include:
        • IP address and browser/operating system types.
        • Referring and exit pages (URLs).
        • Dates and times of site visits.
        • Pages viewed and on-site navigation patterns.

        • Search terms used to access our Sites.

    We do collect certain information such as phone number and Nationality to:

    1. Phone Number
      • We collect your phone number to facilitate secure communication between job seekers and employers, deliver critical, time-sensitive updates about job applications (e.g., interview invitations, urgent deadlines, or employer re- quests), and to enable account recovery if needed.
    2. Nationality
      • We collect your nationality to provide localized job postings based on regional employment eligibility and ensure compliance with local employment laws. Employers also rely on this information to prepare necessary legal documentation for hiring purposes.
  5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

    We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data under the following circumstances:

    1. Service Providers
      • We may share your information with third-party contractors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, data storage, technical support). They are contractually bound to use your information only as necessary to deliver services requested by KABi JOBBIT.
    2. Syndication with Other Job Boards
      • We may share job postings with third-party job boards upon your consent. Personal data is only shared if you (or the Site account owner) explicitly include it within the job description or if otherwise agreed.
    3. Corporate Affiliates & Transactions
      • In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or financing transaction, user information (including personal data) may be transferred to a successor or affiliated entity. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any receiving party honors this Privacy Policy.
